Orders ship within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Route Shipping Protection

Optional at checkout. Protects your order against loss, damage, or theft. If you opt out, Love You More Beauty Essentials is not liable for these issues.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final due to hygiene and the handcrafted nature of our products.
We only replace items that arrive damaged or incorrect. You must report issues within 5 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos.

Missing Items

Must be reported within 3 days of delivery. We’ll resend missing items as a top priority.

Out-of-Stock Items

May be refunded or replaced at our discretion.

Refunds

Issued on a case-by-case basis only if mutually agreed upon. Refunds may take a few days to appear in your account.

Fragrance Sensitivity Notice

We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to personal scent preferences. Please try samples first when available.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered. Use Route Protection to safeguard your order.
